connect with community leaders that they may not otherwise have an opportunity to connect with.  It will also give the instructor leaders a chance to build close relationships with a community of women they may not otherwise meet in their field of practice.  At the end of the program, women of color entrepreneurs will have an entrepreneurial enterprise that is ready to be launched with committed funders.  This entrepreneurial incubator community exchange will open doors of opportunity for women in the program and will give leaders in the community a chance to experience the often overlooked resource of underrepresented women entrepreneurs.
